Job summary

St. Mary’s Springs Academy (SMSA) in Fond du Lac is seeking qualified applicants for a Food Service Production Assistant. This part-time role is 27.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with future potential for advancement.

The successful candidate will support the school lunch program within a team, maintain cleanliness and allergen awareness, and follow NSLP requirements. Experience with children and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial food service production experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient operation of the school lunch program within a team environment.
• Follow established procedures for workplace cleanliness, sanitation and allergen awareness.
• Demonstrates dependability, punctuality, integrity, and desire to learn.
• Learn and follow National School Lunch Program (NSLP) requirements.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lb occasionally and perform moderate physical tasks.
• This position has potential for additional hours and professional advancement in the future.
