MSAD 75 is seeking a part-time Cook to support the Maine midcoast communities and school nutrition program. The role involves food prep, serving students and staff, and operating a cash register in a school kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of food, food portions and serving food to students, staff and visitors.
• Operate cash register.
• Notify the Food Service Director of supplies to be ordered.
• Clean up and maintain the kitchen and garbage collection area.
• Clean and maintain all food service equipment; notify for repairs or replacement.
• Receive and store supplies and maintain all storage areas.
• Submit reports within required timeframes to the Food Service Director; including daily production reports.
• Follow applicable State and Federal regulations for the USDA Child Nutrition Program.
