Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves nutritious meals according to recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintains production and inventory records and monitors food quality and temperatures.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and keeps a clean, sanitary food service area.
• Assists with inventory and daily cleaning procedures; communicates concerns to the Director of Food Services.
• Participates in staff meetings and provides courteous service to students and staff.
