Chesterton Academy of the St. Croix Valley seeks a dedicated Business and Operations Manager to coordinate the financial, administrative, and facilities functions of our Catholic classical high school.

Reporting to the Head of School, this role ensures daily business operations are organized, accurate, timely, and marked by responsible stewardship. This part-time, year-round position offers about 20 hours per week and a $30,000 annual compensation, with opportunities to support tuition billing,

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including invoices, payments, deposits, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate tuition billing, maintain payment records, and communicate with families regarding accounts.
• Support payroll processing and maintain related records.
• Assist the Head of School with budget tracking and routine financial reporting.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance and service needs.
• Maintain organized business records and complete related administrative duties and special projects assigned by the Head of School.
