Job summary

Responsibilities include vacuuming, cleaning floors, restrooms, replenishing supplies, and performing minor maintenance on equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 21 years or older.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is desirable.
• Able to follow safety practices and handle hazardous materials when required.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned facilities and grounds to maintain sanitary and safe environments.
• Perform minor maintenance on custodial equipment and furniture.
• Replenish classroom and restroom supplies to ensure daily availability.
• Respond to safety and operational concerns and act or notify as needed.
• Attend unit meetings and training sessions to improve job performance.
• Assist other site maintenance staff to complete custodial tasks.
• Work part-time schedule (19 hours per week) and follow standard procedures.
