Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years old.
• Job related experience is desired.
• Operate equipment used in industrial maintenance and cleaning; follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned facilities and grounds (classrooms, offices, gym, restrooms, etc.).
• Performs minor maintenance on custodial equipment and fixtures.
• Performs summer maintenance (strip/wax floors, move furniture, painting).
• Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies.
• Responds to safety/operational concerns and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Responds to inquiries from staff and visitors for information or actions.
• Supports other site maintenance staff for custodial activities.
• Attends unit meetings and training to enhance skills.
• Performs other related duties to ensure efficient operations.
