Job summary

Crook County School District 1 Moorcroft Elementary in Moorcroft, Wyoming is seeking a Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe school environment. The role is approximately 29.6 hours per week with a starting date of immediately and pay between $20.02 and $21.22 per hour.

The Custodian reports to the Head of Maintenance and performs cleaning duties, minor repairs, and snow/ice removal to meet district standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices, stairways and other areas.
• Performs tasks to maintain buildings and grounds in safe and operable condition, including minor repairs and snow/ice removal.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and waxes floors; vacuums and shampoos carpets; cleans restrooms; washes windows and glass doors.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles; pick up litter; replenish supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
