Qualifications

• 1+ years’ custodial or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).

• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of classrooms, offices, dorms, floors, restrooms and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely per regulations.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling daily.
• Perform periodic high dusting and cleaning including vents, windows, and fixtures.
• Replace consumables and cleaning products in restrooms and supply closets.
• Provide disinfection and deep cleaning as required.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
