Job summary

Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Natick, MA, seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain buildings, grounds, and landscaping, including planting, mowing, pruning, and snow removal. The role supports events, move-ins/outs, and facilities tasks year-round.

Regular hours are 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties. A valid driver’s license and hoisting license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of landscaping or related field.
• Knowledge of landscaping and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, ladders, and small lifts.
• Awareness of safety codes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance.
• Mow lawns and maintain flower beds; trim edges and prune shrubs.
• Plant, water, mulch, and manage landscape features.
• Shovel snow, de-ice, and plow as needed.
• Support events and move-in/out tasks; assist with repairs.
