HES is seeking a General Cleaner to support Norwell Public Schools in maintaining a clean and safe learning environment. The role focuses on daily custodial tasks across classrooms, hallways, and common spaces with attention to detail and reliability.

Typical duties include sweeping, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, window washing, and basic floor care. Prior cleaning experience is a plus; High school diploma preferred. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Experience in cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, dust, mop and vacuum assigned areas to maintain daily cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms; wash windows and Desks/Walls/Furniture/Doors as needed.
• Remove trash and recycling; perform other custodial duties as directed by supervisor.
• Snow removal and ice management when required.
• Maintain safety and report hazards to supervisor.
