Granite School District is seeking a part-time Custodian to support students and staff by performing cleaning and building maintenance tasks across district facilities. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, classrooms, and hallways; operating buffers and auto scrubbers; site security after hours; and assisting with grounds and minor repairs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills required.
• Experience with cleaning equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with routine maintenance of school and district buildings.
• Cleans restroom, offices, classrooms, and hallways.
• Mop or runs auto scrubber.
• Extracts/bonnets carpets.
• Assist with floor refinishing.
• May fill soap, paper towel, toilet paper and other dispensers.
• May remove graffiti and repair other acts of vandalism.
• Assist in restricting access by locking and unlocking doors.
• Mows and edges lawns.
• Performs other outside maintenance.
• Cleans up garbage, repairs furniture, lockers, doors and small equipment.
• Involved with security of building after hours.
• Turns on/off security and locks/unlocks the building.
• Performs duties in a manner to maintain an 80% or higher VEKTR inspection.
