Job summary

Chester County Intermediate Unit is hiring a part-time Custodian to work at the Child & Career Development Center in Coatesville. This position requires working up to 20 hours per week from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of cleaning methods, and previous custodial experience. Salary ranges from $19.95 to $21.77 per hour, with increases effective July 1st based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building facilities.
• Perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items.
• Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for special events.
