Position

Part‑time Custodian – Facilities, Maintenance & Transportation (up to 20 hours per week). Work hours: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Location: Child & Career Development Center, 1525 E Lincoln Hwy., Coatesville, PA 19320.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes preferred.
• Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building facilities.
• Utilize and operate appropriate equipment; perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items.
• Set up and break down tables and chairs for special events.
• Assist with receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies.
• Operate buffer, floor‑care machines, vacuums, drills, and other power tools.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Salary

$19.95–$21.77 per hour, based on experience. Effective July 1, increased to $20.65–$22.53 per hour.
