Job summary

St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School in Brainerd is seeking a part-time custodian to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for students, families, faculty, and staff.

The role includes cleaning classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, cafeteria and common areas, plus basic upkeep, event setup and cleanup, and other custodial tasks. Afternoon/evening hours and 20–25 hours per week. Successful completion of Safe Environment training and a background check required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and hardworking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in custodial, cleaning, or maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, cafeteria and common areas.
• Basic building upkeep and event setup/cleanup.
• Assist with custodial or maintenance tasks as assigned.
