Qualifications

• Experience with custodial cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment safely.
• Capable of outdoor maintenance including lawn care and winter sidewalk salting.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning protocols and schedule established by supervisor.
• Maintain trash and recycling and grounds debris.
• Operate floor equipment safely (scrubbers, burnishers, vacuums, etc.).
• Wash windows and clean glass doors.
• Perform lawn care and snow removal as required.
• Set up rooms for meetings and assist with event setup.
• Restock custodial areas and bathrooms.
• Replace burned-out light bulbs.
• Lock/unlock buildings and monitor for intruders.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and report needs.
• Work with team; other duties as assigned.
