Job summary

ReNEW Schools in Hebron, Indiana is seeking a part-time Custodian for afternoon/evening shifts. The role is 29 hours per week year-round, with ongoing paid time off benefits after one year of employment.

You will be responsible for cleaning classrooms, cafeteria, gym, bathrooms, and common areas, and may assist with outdoor duties such as snow shoveling. Heavy lifting is required (50+ pounds) and teamwork with staff and students is essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining cafeteria, classrooms, bathrooms, gyms, locker rooms, halls, offices, library, lobbies and other areas as assigned.
• Perform outdoor duties such as snow shoveling when needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance director, building principal, or Superintendent to prioritize cleaning tasks.
