Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and/or basic maintenance.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and be on feet for a long period.
• Ability to supervise and communicate well with a team of employees.
• Be able to pass a background check to work with youth.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning designated area(s) of building including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, mopping, etc.
• Set-up of the school for daily activities and extracurricular activities.
• Respond to emergency calls and requests for help from building staff.
• Perform maintenance work & repairs.
• Follow O.S.H.A standards, keeping staff and student safety a priority.
• Work overtime as needed per the request of the building principal.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by school administration.
