Fair Grove Elementary seeks a part-time School Counselor (19.75 hours weekly) with an immediate starting date. The role supports student success through a comprehensive counseling program addressing academic, career, and personal/social development under the supervision of the Principal.

Responsibilities include delivering the Guidance Curriculum, assisting in individual planning, and providing preventive and responsive services while collaborating with teachers, families, and community partners.

• Accountability measures including yearly program audits and data analysis
