Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Education and a valid NE Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain one, with a commitment to equity and positive student outcomes. This is a full-time position under a 190-day contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university.
• A valid NE Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain one with appropriate endorsement(s).
• A demonstrated philosophy that all students can and will learn.
• Excellent attendance record and communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Best Instructional Practices.
• Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work with students, staff, parents and the community.
• Willingness and demonstrated abilities for continuous improvement in education.
