Nexus Family Healing is seeking a part-time School Counselor for Safe Harbor School in Manteno, IL. The role involves providing and documenting therapeutic services to students according to their IEP goals and objectives.

The position is 0.5 FTE, 20 hours per week during the school year, with compensation ranging from $36,400 to $41,600 annually; incumbent will work on-site at 101 N Bramble Street, Manteno, IL 60950.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working with youth and/or families.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Fully licensed in Illinois as an LPC; maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document therapeutic services per IEP goals and objectives.
• Render and track individual, group, and other services per minimum time requirements.
• Educate Manteno School staff about therapeutic services and educational outcomes.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with Nexus team to achieve goals.
