Qualifications

• Operates cash registers and food service equipment as needed.
• Effective communication with students, staff and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks, and serves foods per menu including meats, breads, vegetables.
• Serves fruits, desserts, salads, soups and other foods as required.
• Washes pots, pans, and utensils; operates kitchen equipment.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and clean work areas.
• Assists in estimating and ordering food supplies.
• Receives and stocks food supplies and helps with inventory.
• Performs cashier duties and handles meal payments if necessary.
• Complies with safety, hygiene and portion control standards.
