Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to planned menus and procedures.
• Handles prepared foods for service.
• Sets up the service lines prior to meal service.
• Serves food using prescribed portion control methods.
• Operates computerized POS terminal.
• Maintains production records for accounting of prepared foods.
• Operates kitchen equipment.
• Stores leftover food safely.
• Cleans kitchen equipment and work area.
• Follows Virginia Health Department food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
