• Stores food in designated areas with proper wrapping and dating.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils to sanitation standards.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls for quality and serving temps.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and follows service steps.
