Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and clientele.
• ServSafe certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cook Supervisor with any preparation needs.
• Set up serving lines and manage food items.
• Follow standardized recipes and count portions.
• Label and date food items as required.
• Maintain time and temperature logs.
• Handle cash and make change accurately.
• Serve food to students and customers with a positive attitude.
• Restock food and supplies to maintain adequate levels.
• Clean and sanitize work and serving areas.
