Job summary

Agua Fria Union High School District is seeking a part-time Food Service I at Canyon View High School. The role is 3.75 hours per day (.475 FTE) with a starting wage of $16.85 per hour, within the Classified Non Exempt Compensation Guide.

Responsibilities include general food preparation, serving, cashiering, and maintaining sanitation under health regulations. Must obtain a county food handler certification within 30 days and hold an Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance; candidate must be 21+.

Qualifications

• Must have County Certification for food handler.
• Must have and maintain IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must be 21 years of age or older upon hire.

Responsibilities

• General food service, preparation and sanitation per health codes.
• Cashier duties and daily deposit paperwork.
• Replenish serving lines and serve students and staff.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and equipment.
• Assist in special meals and catering as needed.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA requirements.
