Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must possess and maintain IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must possess and maintain Food Protection Manager Certificate.
• Must possess and maintain Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation and serving in all meal service areas.
• Direct kitchen and staff sanitation and pass health inspections.
• Oversee meal service according to daily menus.
• Submit orders, inventories and reports as needed.
• Balance daily meal sales and deposits; secure revenue.
• Coordinate with administration on problems and schedules.
