Job summary

Agua Fria Union High School District is seeking a Food Service II at Canyon View High School to prepare and serve nutritious meals to students and staff, supporting SBP and NSLP, and aiding catering events. Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Two years of experience assisting in a commercial cooking or baking operation.
• Knowledge of cooking practices, methods, and food service equipment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older upon hire.

Responsibilities

• The Baker/Cook will prepare and serve nutritious meals to students and staff in a clean environment.
• Support the National School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program.
• Maintain an accurate inventory and assist in catering events.
• Comply with policies, health codes, and OSHA requirements.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff and community.
