Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal nutrition regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains daily and monthly records, inventories, invoices, and reports deficiencies.
• Participates in meal preparation including menus, ordering, and serving.
• Follows approved menus and standardized recipes.
• Uses computer with POS, email and web access for operations and reporting.
• Handles daily revenues and cash drawer procedures.
• Reports problems to Kitchen Manager or Food Service Director promptly.
• Complies with all food safety regs and district policies.
• Attends trainings and performs other duties as assigned.
