• Maintains the kitchen equipment in working order
• Keeps kitchen and cafeteria clean and safe
• Assists in cleaning, maintenance, and operation of all cooking equipment and work serving areas
• Operates standard cooking equipment, including mixing machines, toasters, grills, food choppers, baking ovens, stoves, and fryers
