Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes and records internal food temperatures.
• Plans food production for the following days by preparing items ahead of time.
• Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Washes pots and pans according to established procedures.
• Attends in-service training sessions to develop knowledge and skills.
• Recommends changes and improvements regarding the job; accepts changes.
• Performs duties with accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety standards.
