Chartwells K12 is seeking a part-time Food Service Worker/Cashier for the Brush Prairie, WA area. The role includes cashiering duties and general food service tasks, with an emphasis on maintaining sanitation in the dining area and assisting with food preparation.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, with opportunities for training and no late evening shifts. Experience in school food service or cashiering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior school experience, utility work, and cashiering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cashiering duties and general food service work.
• Maintains sanitation standards in preparation, service and dining areas.
• Operates cash register, processes sales, and issues receipts.
• Assists with wrapping, dating and food safety procedures.
• Replenishes condiments and maintains clean service areas.
• Follows safety and sanitation guidelines in all tasks.
