Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform safe lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs infrequently; up to 25 lbs routinely).
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and money changes.
• Ability to use basic technology for email, time reporting, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble meals and à la carte items (sandwiches, salads, pizzas) and prepare fruit/veg portions.
• Heat and serve prepared foods and maintain serving areas.
• Clean, sanitize, stock, and store food and supplies; wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain logs and assist with POS and inventory records as needed.
• Train substitutes, student workers, and temporary staff.
