Job summary

Sylvania in Minnesota is seeking Bus Paraeducators for part-time AM/PM shifts (3 to 6 hours per day). You will support students during bus rides and help ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift and move students.
• Must be physically working on/in bus.
• Ability to supervise students.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions appropriate to students' needs.
• Ability/desire to work effectively with students with disabilities.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.
