First Student is hiring a Part Time School Bus Monitor in Grants Pass, OR. You will assist the bus driver to ensure a safe journey for students, helping with boarding/exiting, and supervising students during transport. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Formación

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible split shifts (AM/PM).
• Physically able to assist students and perform emergency procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Help students safely board and exit the bus.
• Assist children with special needs during transport.
• Ensure students remain seated and follow bus safety rules.
• Communicate with the driver to maintain a safe, calm ride.
• Provide care and encouragement to students each day.
