Job summary

FIRST STUDENT MANAGEMENT LLC is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Grants Pass, OR. You’ll start mornings with pickups and transport students home in the afternoon, with possible field trips. No experience is required; we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver.

Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement across locations are offered. Eligible drivers can earn hourly wages between $23.80 and $24.54, plus a training hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes; no nights or summers.
• CDL/CLP training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist with seatbelts.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or student behavior.
