Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school on a part-time schedule. The role offers above-average pay per route, paid training, and a friendly support staff.

You will be designated as a W2 employee and may have access to 401(k) options and referral bonuses. You must be at least 21, possess a valid license and insurance, own a four-door vehicle with a smartphone, and pass onboarding including BCI/FBI checks and a 19-point vehicle inspection.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Willing to pass comprehensive onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting and drug screening.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to interact with students, parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely to and from school.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff consistently.
• Be available during scheduled hours Monday to Friday (6:00-9:00am and 1:00-4:30pm).
