Job summary

BuckledIn in Dayton, OH is hiring a driver to transport K-12 students to and from school. This is a part-time role with about 20 hours per week during the school year, paid per route with potential bonuses. You will be designated as a W2 employee and receive paid training.

Applicants must be 21+, have a valid license and insurance, pass background checks (BCI, FBI), and own a four-door vehicle with a smartphone. English proficiency required. Shifts Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Current and valid car insurance and vehicle registration.
• At least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
