Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. in Massachusetts is hiring part‑time school bus drivers to transport students to and from school and events on local routes. No nights, weekends, or holidays; split AM/PM shifts with weekdays only.

We provide paid CDL training, with a starting wage of $33/hour, rising to $34.65 on 9/1/26. Applicants must hold a CDL Class B with P and S endorsements (or be willing to obtain them), a valid DOT medical card, be 21+, and have 3 years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain them).
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and staff.
• Follow all laws and district policies.
