Job summary

NRT Bus is seeking a Part‑Time School Bus Driver in North Reading, MA. Earn $29.50–$35/hour with paid training and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

The role involves driving local routes, transporting students to and from school and events, and providing safe, reliable service on a part‑time schedule. You will perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, maintain a clean vehicle, and communicate professionally with students and school staff.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.
