Job summary

First Student, Inc. in York, ME is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver. Walk-In Interviews occur Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with our Location Manager to learn more about joining our team.

You will start students' days with morning pickups and transport them home in the afternoon, with optional hours for trips and events. No experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; expert training provided to become a safe driver.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and transport students responsibly.
• DOT drug testing applies to safety-sensitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and seating at stops and assist with seat belts.
• Maintain bus order and safety; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
