Job summary

First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Hillsboro, NH. You will start mornings with pickup and transport students home after school, with opportunities for field trips and special events.

No experience is required; we offer expert training to help you become a safe, professional driver. There is a sign-on bonus and a flexible, part-time schedule with potential growth across 540 locations.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary to become a school bus driver.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops and assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about student behavior or delays.
