FIRST STUDENT MANAGEMENT LLC in Hooksett, NH is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver. You will start students’ days with morning pickup and transport them home in the afternoon, with additional hours for field trips and special events.

No experience is necessary; we provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver. The job offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, hourly pay $27.32–$29.50 after training, and benefits including insurance, a 401(k) with match, and a flexible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes.
• DOT drug testing applies to safety-sensitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading, assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and ensure safety.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of brakes, lights, and tires.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
