Job summary

First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Aurora, CO. You will start morning pickups and transport students after school, with opportunities for field trips and events. Training is provided, and you can advance into leadership roles across locations in the U.S. & Canada.

Qualifications

• Requires English proficiency.
• Valid Class B CDL with P and S Endorsements is required.
• Air Brake Qualification / DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Obey traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service while on routes.
