First Student in Colville, WA is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver to start the day with morning pickups and transport students home in the afternoon. No experience is required as we provide expert training and guidance to become a safe, professional driver.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with split AM/PM routes and minimal evening shifts, plus comprehensive benefits. You will join a nationwide network of drivers in over 540 locations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (at least 5 years)
• Ability to work part-time with split AM/PM routes
• Interest in working with students and families

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities
• Supervise boarding/unloading and assist students with seatbelts
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
• Report issues to maintain bus safety and cleanliness
• Communicate with parents and school staff about delays or behavior
