Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers who believe that all children have the right to safe and reliable access to their education. This role offers part-time hours, typically around 20 hours per week during the school year, with routes scheduled weekdays.

You will receive paid training, be a W2 employee, and work with a supportive office staff. A safety technology system in every vehicle supports you, and summers off may be available when school is on break.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a valid license and a clean driving record.
• Have current car insurance and vehicle registration.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition.
• Have 3+ years of driving experience.
• Be able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Transport K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
