Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school. This part-time role features early morning and afternoon windows, with paid onboarding and a supportive office environment.

You will work as a W2 employee, earning per route with opportunities for referral bonuses and occasional summer route offerings. A safety tech system is provided in every vehicle to support safe driving.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and have smartphone access.
• Be willing to undergo onboarding including background checks (BCI/FBI) and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers and school staff about routes and schedules.
• Adhere to designated hours Mon-Fri: 6:00-9:00am and 1:00-4:30pm.
