Job summary

The Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities (WCBDD) is seeking a proactive Bus Aide to supervise and assist riders with developmental disabilities during transportation to and from facilities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to the IEP for student support.

Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success. This part-time position requires a high school diploma, with eligibility for healthcare benefits and a non-exempt, bus-related schedule.

• Prepare attendance and emergency information forms and reports.
• Participate in professional development and related duties as assigned.
• Represent the agency positively in community settings.
