Job summary

Douglas School District in Box Elder, SD is seeking a Bus Aide to assist the bus driver in providing safe, orderly transportation for students receiving special education services. This is a 4-hour-per-day position that offers direct supervision and support to students with diverse needs.

You will help ensure student safety, support individual needs as directed by staff, and contribute to a calm, respectful transportation environment. This role is benefit eligible under district policies.

This is a 4-hour-per-day position that provides direct supervision and support to students with a variety of developmental, physical, behavioral, and/or learning needs. The Bus Aide helps ensure student safety, assists with individual student needs as directed by school staff, and promotes a calm, respectful, and positive transportation environment.

This is a 4-hour-per-day position and is benefit eligible in accordance with Douglas School District policies.
