Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the Ashland City, TN area on a part-time, school-based schedule with hybrid flexibility when clinically appropriate.

This role includes conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, participating in IEP meetings, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, coaching school staff, and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families. Travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience.
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and monitor BIPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data.
• Provide behavioral consultation and support.
• Train and coach school staff on evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel between school sites as needed.
