Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a part-time, school-based BCBA to support students in the Ashland City, TN area. The role offers hybrid flexibility with some remote tasks and a schedule that aligns with the school calendar.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, participate in IEPs, and analyze data to guide interventions, while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience.
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Participate in IEP meetings and collect, analyze data.
• Provide behavioral consultation and coach school staff.
• Supervise RBTs as applicable and travel between sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide behavioral consultation and support
• Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support teachers, administrators, and families
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as applicable
• Travel between school sites as needed

Student Population

You’ll work with students from elementary through high school with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Emotional Disturbance (ED)
• Other Health Impairments (OHI)
• Medically fragile students
• Other behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

School-based experience is preferred, but not required.
